Hilltop Manor is a 32-bed facility located in the picturesque Town of Arnold's Cove overlooking the Town, Harbour, and Bay. Hilltop Manor is not just a Personal Care Home but a way of life for seniors who need comfort and security during this time of their life as it offers a warm, comfortable and safe environment. Residents are of top priority to Hilltop Manor and this is their home.

Alva Guy-Noonan
Welcome to Hilltop Manor! With 33 years of experience in long-term care, I am dedicated to providing kind, compassionate, and generous support to seniors. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), my commitment to enhancing the lives of those I care for is at the heart of everything I do. I also take pride in volunteering within my hometown of Arnold’s Cove and truly cherish the time spent with my family.
Lead Hand
Karen Boutcher
Karen has been a vital part of our community for 19 years. With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for learning, she brings kindness and care to every interaction, often brightening the day of our residents with her sense of humour. Well-versed in medications, she ensures the well-being of those in her care. Additionally, as the Chairperson for Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), she plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, healthy environment for everyone at Hilltop Manor.
Recreation Coordinator
Lynette Green
Lynette is a Certified Recreational Director with extensive experience working at various locations in her field. She is highly knowledgeable and dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents through engaging activities. A passionate volunteer in her hometown, she shows kindness and compassion to everyone she meets. In her free time she enjoys outdoor sports like kayaking and snowshoeing.

Helen Guy
With over 52 years of experience as an ordained minister, Helen has dedicated her life to serving others in various capacities, including pastoral care and social services. Now, as the Manager of Hilltop Manor for the past 14 years, her passion lies in ensuring that our residents receive the love and support they deserve. She is dedicated to meeting their needs and creating a warm, nurturing environment for everyone.

Elsie is a dedicated team member at Hilltop Manor with 12 years of experience. Known for her gentle demeanour, she brings warmth and compassion to her work with seniors, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. Elsie is not only kind and thoughtful but also a talented decorator, creating beautiful settings for all special occasions at Hilltop Manor. Her commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents truly makes her an invaluable part of our team.
